Well good news, I have already found out what her favorite games are and I've listed them below.

As you continue to read through the page, you are going to notice over 10 great themed birthday games for your child to play at their Ultimate Birthday Party.

So get started and scroll down…but remember have fun and happy partying!

Before we get started I have listed a few survival tips to help your party run smoother:

First, make sure you select games you think your child will love and pick some back-ups, just in case. Next, setup a schedule of events before the party on which games will be played, what order and a time limit. Finally, don’t forget the “fun” factor in the party. Not every child is going to win every event, so make sure each event is designed to be “fun”, “loud” and “enjoyable”.

Hopefully these tips will help reduce your party stress and allow you to enjoy the party. So have fun at the Ultimate Party!

Oh yeah, don’t forget the camera!!!

* Bean Bag Toss in Fish’s Mouth: Draw a picture of a fish on a piece of poster board. Then tape the fish to the front of a cardboard box. Finally, cut the fish’s mouth out so the bean bags can fly through. Have the children throw bean bags, one at a time, and reward the child who makes the most.

* Dive Under the Sea: Before the party, lay a large blue sheet on the ground and place plenty of bean bag fishes, stuffed animal creatures, etc. under it. You can make the fishes out of fabric and stuff them with tissue paper. To play, have everyone gather around the sheet and grab the part of fabric that is in front of them. Have all the children shake the sheet like a parachute. While they are doing that, you say, “Under the Sea Under the Sea ______ and _____ dive under the sea.” You fill in the blanks with two different children’s names. The two children would then go under the sheet, grab 1 sea creature and toss it on top of the sheet. The creatures would then be tossed around on the sheet. Continue sending children under the sea until they have all had a turn.

* Sea Monster Sea Monster are you Hungry?: play, have all the children line up on one side of the yard. One of the adults should play the sea monster role. The children will yell, “Sea Monster, Sea Monster are you hungry?” The sea monster will reply, “No”. When the sea monster says no, have all the children take a few steps forward. Continue this until the sea monster says, “Yes!”. At this point, the sea monster will chase the children and try to catch them so they can become sea monsters and help catch others.

* Pin the Fin on Ariel: Enlarge a picture of Ariel either on your computer or at a copy store. Make enough fins so each child will have one. Blindfold the children one at a time and let them attempt to put the fin on Ariel. Whoever is the closest wins a prize!

* Pass the Treasure Box: Here is a great twist on the wonderful game of Hot Potato. Have the children sit in a circle. Start playing music, Little Mermaid Soundtrack would be perfect, and have them pass the treasure box around the circle. When the music stops, the child holding the box gets to open it and pick a prize. Place items in the box such as, squirty fish, swim goggle, swim rings, etc.

* Fish, Fish, Shark: Have you ever heard of Duck, Duck, Goose? Great, then this is the same game, but instead uses the words Fish, Fish, Shark. If you haven’t heard of the game, here are the instructions. Put the children in a circle sitting down. One child will go around the circle tapping each child’s head and saying Fish. They continue until they tap a child’s head and say Shark. As soon as they say Shark, they must run around the circle and sit down in the spot where the child who they tapped was sitting before getting tagged.

* Find the Mermaid: This game is a lot like the old favorite “hide and go seek”, but as the children find the child hiding, they must hide with them until all the children have found them.

* Treasure Chest: Fill up a treasure chest full of bubble wrap. Tell the children they must help Aerial “burst” all the bubbles. You will see the children jump on them, sit on them and tons of other ways. Really fun!!!

* Scavenger Hunt: Since Ariel loves to explore for human treasures, start the party with a scavenger hunt. On white construction paper, make a legend for each guest. Draw pictures of the objects they need to find. Underneath it, write a silly name for each object like Scuttle. As an example, draw a fork, under it, write, "Dinglehopper." Now give each guest their legend and a sand pail to collect objects. Whoever finds the most wins a prize.
