But, there is hope, because with a little planning and creativity, it will be one of the most rewarding experiences of the party. First, let's start with the outdoor decorations:

Let’s start with the simple decorating. Tie helium balloons of different shades of yellow, gold, blue, green, etc. in clusters of 3 or 5 to the back of chairs or tucked into corners.
